Heart Tattoo was founded in 2019 by Tim, Tyler, and Heath with the goal of building the kind of shop they envisioned Sioux Falls needed — a shop that values solid craftsmanship and artistic expression, from artists who respect and honor the history of tattooing. Since, Heart has grown because of a crew of talented, hardworking artists who each bring their own strengths, styles, and influence, while sharing a collective commitment to creating quality work.

We believe the best tattooers stand on the shoulders of the giants who came before them. Tattooing has a rich history, and we're proud to carry those traditions forward, while continuing to learn, grow, and develop. Whether it's a timeless piece of American traditional, fine line black and grey, Japanese, realism, or a completely custom design, our goal is always the same: make tattoos that will stand the test of time.
